Terms of Service

LouiseMorris is a software product that scores resumes, suggests edits, generates cover letter templates, and renders AI mock interview reels for personal rehearsal. It is not career counselling, recruitment, employment placement, legal advice, or psychological care. See the AI Disclaimer for the full limitation of service.

LouiseMorris is a custom interface built on top of third-party AI models. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Meta, or any other foundation-model provider whose models we may route requests to.

LouiseMorris is a strictly professional, career-preparation product. The generation, upload, or sharing of the following is prohibited regardless of model integration:

• Sexually explicit, NSFW, "uncensored", "no-filter", or "18+" content of any kind
• Sexual content involving minors (zero-tolerance, reported to authorities)
• Deepfake, face-swap, or biometric impersonation of any real person
• Hate speech, harassment, self-harm encouragement, weapons trafficking, malware
• Any content unlawful in your jurisdiction or in England and Wales

Text prompts routed to image and video generation are screened against content-moderation policies before inference. Violations result in immediate suspension without refund. The full enumeration lives in the Acceptable Use Policy.

You must be 16 or older and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales. You must use the service only on your own behalf or with the documented consent described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@louisemorrisco.com.

Paid plans (Applicant, Land) bill in advance in US dollars via Stripe. Your statement descriptor will read LOUISEMORRIS COACH. Sales tax and VAT are calculated automatically and added at checkout where required.

You may cancel at any time from /app/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may change plan pricing on 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price through the end of the committed period (monthly: one cycle; yearly: full term).

Your use of LouiseMorris is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without refund.

LouiseMorris, its name, design system, prompts, and code are the property of LOUISE MORRIS LTD. You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and other inputs you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those inputs to deliver the service.

Outputs (scores, edits, reels, cover letters) are licensed to you for personal use in your own job hunt. You may not resell, re-train models on, or systematically redistribute outputs.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOUISE MORRIS LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

LOUISE MORRIS LTD'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST OFFERS, MISSED INTERVIEWS, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms; we'll email subscribers at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
