Refund Policy
Subscriptions on LouiseMorris are non-refundable after the windows described below. Within the window, refunds are issued on request, no questions asked.
Monthly plans — 7-day window
For Applicant and Land monthly subscriptions, request a refund within 7 days of the initial charge and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked. After 7 days, the monthly charge is non-refundable but you can cancel future renewals at any time.
Annual plans — 30-day pro-rated window
For Applicant Yearly and Land Yearly, request a refund within 30 days of the initial charge and we'll refund the unused portion pro-rated against months consumed. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the committed term.
Renewals
Renewal charges (months 2+ for monthly plans, year 2+ for annual) are non-refundable. You'll receive an email receipt for each renewal. Cancel future renewals from /app/billing.
How to request a refund
Email support@louisemorrisco.comwith subject "Refund — {invoice id}". Include the email on your account. We process refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method via Stripe.
Disputes / chargebacks
Please write to us first — chargebacks are slower for both of us, and we'd rather solve it. If a chargeback is opened without prior contact, your account will be paused until the dispute resolves.
Consumer protections
This policy is in addition to (and does not override) any statutory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
